You’re going to roll your eyes, but acupuncture is good for practically anyone. (Now, if you’re needle-phobic, I’m sorry. Maybe we can try acupressure!)
Acupuncture is very validating experience wherein it primarily centers the diagnosis around the patient and not just the symptoms or disease. It considers all of YOU. The good, the bad, and everything in between.
There is evidence for the effectiveness of acupuncture for about 117 conditions. With over 13,000 studies conducted in over 60 countries, we can no longer reduce acupuncture down to placebo. If you’re still questioning if acupuncture is right for you don’t hesitate to contact me. In the meantime, feel free to check out this overview of scientific evidence.
Here are the top list of things I treat in my clinic:

As with all types of healthcare interventions, there are some risks to care, including, but not limited to: bruising; numbness or tingling near the needling sites that may last a few days; and dizziness or fainting. Burns and/or scarring are a potential risk of moxibustion, or when treatment involves the use of heat lamps. Bruising is a common side effect of cupping and gua sha.
It is important to inform your practitioner if you have any of the precautions:
Hemophilia or other clotting disorders
Epilepsy
Pregnancy
History of fainting
Patients with cancer
Facial Herpes
Botox or Fillers

Does it hurt? Not really. Once the needle is inserted, I do not want you to feel any discomfort. Some experience Qi moving in the body (warming, moving, sinking, pulling). Most drift off to a place somewhere between sleep and deep relaxation.
How often? Acupuncture is a lot like working out. You can come in for just one appointment. However for significant change with long lasting results, patience and consistency reign supreme.
There’s a metaphor in this industry, “you want to put the fire out first, and then build the house back up.” If you’re in severe pain or have an acute condition like recovering from a respiratory condition, often I’ll recommend coming in 2-3 x a week for faster recovery. It’s very typical to see patients 1x a week for 4-8 weeks to see remarkable improvement. After that we want encourage the body’s ability to sustain any improvements with bi-monthly or monthly maintenance.
With that said, many often come in for seasonal tune-ups or when they are just feeling ‘off’.

Results can vary based on age and the severity of your cosmetic concerns. Generally, patients notice an immediate improvement in their complexion within one session, with enhanced sculpting and a refreshed, lifted appearance. For maximum impact, we recommend weekly sessions for 10 weeks, which can lead to incredibly transformative results. It is recommended to pre-book multiple weekly or monthly sessions in advanced to secure your treatment.
-
Many individuals report a deep sense of relaxation during acupuncture sessions, with even the most anxious patients sometimes drifting off to sleep. Most find the experience calming, often likening it to recovering from prolonged sleep deprivation. The exceptionally fine needles, particularly for facial treatments, usually feel like a light tap, though some may notice a minor prick. We prioritize patient comfort by actively soliciting immediate feedback to tailor treatments for optimal efficacy.
-
We refrain from treating facial areas that have received Botox within the last three weeks or fillers within the past three months. Please consult your provider for their recommendations regarding the appropriate wait times after receiving injections.
-
Yes, facial acupuncture can be beneficial for certain neurological conditions, such as Bell’s palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, and facial paralysis. By targeting specific facial and scalp points, acupuncture promotes neuromuscular reactivation and improves circulation to support nerve function, which can help improve mobility and alleviate discomfort.
-
Facial acupuncture is a natural, non-invasive treatment that avoids harsh chemicals, fillers, or surgery. Unlike Botox or fillers, it addresses the skin’s quality and health from within, promoting circulation, collagen production, and muscle tone for gradual and sustainable results without risk of adverse side effects.
-
Side effects are rare but may include mild redness, slight bruising, or temporary swelling at the needle sites. These typically resolve within a day or two.
-
Facial acupuncture is generally safe for most adults; however, those with certain conditions, such as severe blood clotting disorders, uncontrolled hypertension, facial herpes, or severe migraines should consult with a practitioner before treatment.

$135, 45 minutes (Return)

Hair health is whole-body health: Acupuncture stimulates focused results and upgrades the body’s resources for natural results
Address root causes, not symptoms: Your hair is the manifestation of your internal health. That’s why we target systemic mechanisms that cause conditions.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), healthy hair is associated with healthy Qi. By improving scalp conditions AND overall health, scalp acupuncture creates a more favorable environment for hair growth. While many patients report benefits, it’s important to note that individual results can depend on various factors, including the underlying cause of hair loss, overall health, and the frequency and duration of treatments. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Microneedling
$325, 75 minutes
Widely regarded as one of the most effective non-ablative treatments with minimal down-time, Microneedling is great for improving scarring, reducing wrinkles, refining pore size, evening discoloration, improving hair density on the scalp and promoting overall rejuvenation.
Depending on what we are addressing, Bespoke uses three different high performance Microneedling Delivery Serums and growth factors which are pro-healing and anti-inflammatory enhancing results. In addition, we perform whole-body acupuncture for synergistic integrative enhancement and optimum relaxation.
Whole-Body Acupuncture: Included in the service for stellar comfort and enhanced recovery for the optimum results
Customized Serums: Advanced scientific skincare for person-centered care
Utilizing sterile, micro puncturing of the skin with tiny titanium filaments, Microneedling works at the basal layer of the epidermis stimulating gene expression of wound healing to produce new high-quality collagen and elastin.
For several months after the treatment, your skin produces new skin cells and increases collagen. 3-4 sessions 4-weeks a part is recommended for optimal results.
Add-on Therapeutic Ear Seeds when scheduling for wearable results.
-
Microneedling effectively treats a variety of concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, hyperpigmentation, and mild skin laxity. It can also be used to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars on other body areas.
-
3 to 4 sessions, 4-weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. However, the number of treatments varies depending on individual skin goals and concerns.
-
Microneedling can cause mild discomfort, but a topical anesthetic is usually applied beforehand to minimize pain. Most clients report feeling a slight prickling sensation during the treatment.
-
Downtime is typically minimal, with redness and mild swelling lasting a day or two. Skin may feel tight and sensitive, similar to a mild sunburn, but it usually resolves within 24-48 hours.
-
People with active skin infections, acne, open wounds, severe eczema, or psoriasis in the treatment area, as well as pregnant or nursing women, should avoid microneedling. Additionally, those with a history of severe keloid scarring or on blood-thinning medications may need to avoid or modify the treatment.
-
Yes, microneedling has been shown to support hair regrowth, particularly in cases of androgenic alopecia (pattern baldness). The controlled micro-injuries created by microneedling stimulate blood flow to the scalp and encourage the production of growth factors that can rejuvenate hair follicles and promote new hair growth. This process can also increase the absorption of topical hair regrowth products, such as minoxidil, enhancing their effectiveness.

FAQ
-
Acupuncture involves the insertion of fine needles into specific acupoints on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote healing.
In contrast, sound therapy is NEEDLE FREE and uses vibrations from instruments like tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and the Euphone to activate the body’s energy centers. These sound frequencies resonate with acupoints and chakras, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and induce deep relaxation. Unlike acupuncture, sound therapy is non-invasive and relies solely on the power of sound vibrations to achieve healing.
Both utilize Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to address physical discomfort, emotional imbalances, and overall wellness by directly interacting with the body's energy system (Qi) through targeted, precise stimulation.

Our Sound Therapy session is for anyone seeking a deep sense of relaxation and healing, especially those who prefer a non-invasive approach to wellness.
